Bravehearts Counselling Team Leader in Arundel (QLD) is a full time fixed-term role until 30 June 2027, with remote work options. You will lead the counselling service within the Beyond Brave team, supporting clinicians, overseeing daily operations and managing your own caseload of trauma survivors.

You will deliver trauma-informed counselling, support Redress applications, conduct risk assessments, and drive program development.
