AVAC Services is an Australian veteran advocacy organisation helping veterans navigate compensation claims under the MRCA and the VETs Act. We are veteran-owned and operated, and our focus is simple, getting the right outcome for the veterans we serve. We are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Advocate / CSC Representative to join our team.
This is a national role. You can work from home, or from our Townsville or Perth offices.
About the role
- 36 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday
- National position — WFH, Townsville, or Perth office
- Supporting veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters
- Working directly with clients,
many of whom carry service-related injury, trauma, or mental health conditions — a trauma-informed, plain-English approach is essential
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience with DVA claims
- Experience with CSC matters
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting the veteran community
- Ability to work independently in a national, distributed team
