We are currently seeking experienced Locum General Practitioners to provide cover over the Christmas and New Year period, with additional ongoing shifts available throughout 2026.
This is a great opportunity for GPs looking for short-term holiday cover, regular ad hoc shifts, or those open to discussing longer-term or permanent placements.
Shifts Available
Christmas / New Year 2025-26

- Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day):
- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm or
- 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year's Day):

- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm or
- 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Wednesday 24 December: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day):
- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm or
- 2:00 pm - 8:0"pm

- Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year's Day):

- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm or
- 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Ongoing Shifts - 2026

- Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Sunday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Remuneration

- $200 per hour or 75% of billings (whichever is higher)

Flexibility
While these are the priority shifts, we are flexible and open to discussion for:

- Ad hoc or partial shift coverage
- Regular ongoing sessions
- Permanent GP opportunities
