The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced In-House Electrician to join our dedicated installation team. In this role, you will execute the installation, testing and commissioning of solar PV and battery energy storage systems across Sydney.

This position is ideal for a qualified electrician who takes pride in clean workmanship, thrives in a well-organized environment and wants a stable, long-term career in the expanding renewable's sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test and commission residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly adheres to current Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 5033, AS/NZS 5139) and safety regulations.
- Perform thorough fault-finding, diagnostic testing and system commissioning.
- Complete all job compliance documentation, safety checklists and sign-offs accurately and on time.
- Maintain clean, safe and professional job sites.
- Work collaboratively with on-site assistants and internal operations teams to ensure seamless job flow.





Candidate Requirements

Essential:

- Current NSW Electrical Licence (Unrestricted).
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician with strong practical trade skills.
- Thorough understanding of Australian Electrical Standards and workplace health & safety (WHS) protocols.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and professional customer interaction.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) installer accreditation (GCPV / GCBS).
- Demonstrated experience in solar PV or battery storage installations.(Note: Full upskilling and SAA accreditation support will be provided for the right applicant).

- Competitive Salary Package: $110,000 – $150,000 package (inclusive of Superannuation).
