THE OPPORTUNITY

- Base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience) + superannuation

- Uncapped commission — your earnings are entirely in your hands

THE ROLE

This is a phone-based, consultative inside sales position. You'll work a structured pipeline of pre-qualified customers — homeowners and commercial clients across Australia — who have already expressed interest in our products. Your role is to understand their situation, present the right solution, and guide them through to a confirmed installation.





Our product range covers the full electrification stack: solar panels, battery storage, HVAC systems, and electric heat pumps — all sold under government-backed programs, meaning you're offering solutions customers are actively seeking with the credibility of accreditation behind every conversation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A proven sales track record — industry is flexible (retail, telco, real estate, finance, B2B, hospitality all translate), but results are non-negotiable

- Strong verbal communication and a naturally consultative style
- The ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone

- Self-motivation and a consistent drive to exceed targets

- Experience in solar, energy, or HVAC is an advantage — not a requirement

- Full working rights in Australia, or a valid working holiday visa
