Our work is grounded in architectural clarity, refined materiality and a deep understanding of how people live, move and connect within space. As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team.

Across interior & event design, styling, operations, sales, finance, IT, HR and administration, each team member contributes specialist expertise and plays a vital role in the consistent delivery of high-quality design outcomes for our clients.
This is a full-time role working across all phases of design, from concept through to documentation and construction delivery, with a high level of client and consultant engagement.
About the Role
We are seeking a full time Intermediate Interior Designer to join our interiors team. Working closely with our director, designers and project partners, you will lead and contribute to projects across a range of scales and typologies.
Depending on project needs, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing interior design concepts from initial brief through to detailed design
- Preparation of concept schemes, drawings, joinery & cabinetry details and documentation packages
- Spatial planning and interior architecture resolution
- Materials, finishes and FF&E; selection and specification
- Client presentations and relationship management
- Professional demeanour with strong written and verbal communication
- Consultant coordination (architects, builders, suppliers)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation
- Producing presentations and visual communication material
- Site visits and construction phase support
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio standards
Skills & Experience We are seeking a designer with both creative strength and delivery capability, someone confident operating independently while contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree / Diploma qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related Built Environment discipline
- 3-5 years’ interior design experience
- Strong residential design experience (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD
- Solid understanding of construction and build processes
- Advanced joinery and cabinetry detailing capability
- Experience producing full documentation packages
- Demonstrated skills in SketchUp / Photoshop / Canva, and/or other design software
- Strong materials sourcing and finishes selection experience
- Strong product, material and manufacturer / supplier knowledge and relationships
- Direct client liaison and presentation experience
- Experience working alongside builders and contractors on-site
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- General business development and networking skills

Demonstrated skills in
- AutoCAD / ArchiCAD
- SketchUp
- Programa
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Microsoft O?ice / Mac platforms
- Canva and/or other design software
