Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Specialist at our clients welding supplies store in Toowoomba, QLD. We're offering a stable position, with regular Monday to Friday hours. This role is ideal for someone committed to providing exceptional customer service and eager to further their career in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Location: Toowoomba, QLD

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Pay Rate: $36.68 per hour

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
- Process sales transactions and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing guidance and support.
- Receive, unpack, and organize stock items in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment.
- Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and sales teams to meet store goals.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a agile, team-oriented setting.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.





Highly Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience in the welding industry or knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.
- Experience with SAP based computer systems an advantage

Eligibility This is a casual role working full-time hours with the view to moving into a permanent role, candidates must have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Unfortunately, this position is not suitable for individuals on Working Holiday or Student visas.
