About the Role As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while helping drive branch growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include

- Processing sales orders via phone, email and over the trade counter
- Providing product advice and practical solutions to customers
- Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
- Building solid relationships with trade and commercial customers
- Supporting key accounts and working closely with our external sales team
- Managing stock enquiries, pricing requests and product availability
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer outcomes




- Maintaining strong product knowledge across electrical and associated product categories
- Contributing to branch targets and overall team performance

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Electrical wholesale
- Trade sales or trade counter environments
- Internal sales or customer service roles
- Electrical, construction or industrial industries
