- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with remote teams, document procedures, and clearly report inventory status and issues.
- Materials Management experience to coordinate the flow, storage, and distribution of supplies in alignment with operational needs.
- Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and spreadsheets; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines in a remote, part time environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination is preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
