They are seeking an experienced and influential Technology Business Partner to bridge business strategy and technology execution.
Description
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives and priorities.
- Act as the primary technology advisor for assigned business portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective business and technology decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions to improve customer, employee, and community outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into technology initiatives and investment plans.
- Partner with technology delivery teams to ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
- Influence and drive adoption of technology change across the organisation.
- Provide guidance on emerging technologies, industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support technology governance, prioritisation,
and portfolio planning processes.
Profile A Successful IT Business Partner Should Have
- Significant experience in technology business partnering, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Broad IT knowledge across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, digital platforms, and technology operations.
- Proven experience developing technology strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing technology vendors and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to organisational outcomes.
- Experience working across complex organisational environments with competing priorities.
Desirable
- Experience within the not-for-profit, healthcare, education, government, or broader purpose sector.
- Understanding of governance, risk management, and technology investment planning.
