This position has been established to strengthen our technology support capabilities, improve adoption of digital tools, and drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business.

This is a unique opportunity for a technology professional who enjoys building capability, influencing change, and making a visible impact. This role is going to be 70% operational and 30% making improvements to current processes.

About the Role

- Provide end-user support across laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, business applications, and workplace technology
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external IT service providers and technology vendors
- Maintain device lifecycle management, asset registers, and security compliance
- Manage software licensing, user access, and business system administration
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work through automation




- Support cybersecurity initiatives, access management, and compliance activities
- Develop user guides, training resources, and knowledge documentation
- Assist with the delivery of technology projects and digital transformation initiatives

About You You are a highly organised and customer-focused technology professional who enjoys working across both operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 4+ years' experience in IT support, digital workplace, business systems, or systems coordination
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to endpoint management, device administration, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience managing relationships with external IT providers or vendors
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for improving systems and processes
