Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic and creative Recruitment Resourcer to join our Melbourne team.
This is a candidate-focused role centred on sourcing, engaging and building relationships with technology professionals across areas including Software Engineering, ERP & CRM, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI and Project Services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making regular outbound candidate calls
- Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Building talent pools and candidate communities
- Re-engaging existing candidates
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Supporting LinkedIn content and general recruitment marketing
- Thinking creatively about new ways to engage talent
- Coordinating interviews, references and candidate administration
- Building your knowledge of the technology market
About You This role could suit someone with exposure to recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or another people-focused environment .

You don’t need to be an experienced recruiter. We’re looking for someone with the right energy, people skills and willingness to learn .
