We’re looking for a dependable, patient, and technically curious IT Support Officer to help employees resolve everyday technology issues and keep our IT environment running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting users, and building practical skills across IT systems and workplace technology.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide clear, user-friendly solutions.
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, accounts, and workplace applications.
- Assist users with system access, software installation, and common technical requests.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure issues are properly tracked and followed up.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when necessary.
- Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
- Assist with software updates, device maintenance, backups, and basic security procedures.




- Prepare and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and IT documentation.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patient and service-focused approach when supporting users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
