? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT problems efficiently.
- Set up and maintain computers, peripherals, user accounts, and basic software.
- Assist employees with system access, applications, and technical questions.
- Monitor and escalate more complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, requests, and equipment.
- Support routine system updates, maintenance, and security practices.
- Prepare and maintain basic IT documentation and user guides.
