We’re looking for a patient, resourceful, and technology-minded IT Support Officer to help employees resolve technical issues and keep everyday IT operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting users, and learning how modern IT environments work.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through practical solutions.
- Set up computers, peripherals, user accounts, applications, and basic system access.
- Install, configure, and maintain approved software and IT equipment.
- Monitor support requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain records of IT incidents, equipment, configurations, and support activities.
- Assist with routine system updates, maintenance, backups, and security procedures.
- Create and maintain simple technical guides and internal IT documentation.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a helpful user-focused attitude.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize support requests.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
