We’re looking for a dependable, service-oriented, and technically curious IT Support Officer to help keep workplace technology running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and learning how modern IT environments operate.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, applications, and user issues.
- Troubleshoot common computer, network, printer, and connectivity problems.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, maintenance, and software installation.
- Support user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
- Respond to IT support tickets and ensure issues are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and support activities.
- Assist with software updates, system maintenance, and basic security tasks.
- Help monitor IT equipment and identify potential technical issues.
- Create and maintain simple troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT or specialist teams when required.
- Support internal technology projects and workplace system improvements.

? What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of computers,



operating systems, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, or other networking fundamentals is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing or helpdesk systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and professional approach when supporting users.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn new technologies.
- Strong interest in developing a career in IT and technical support.
