Role Description The IT Support Officer / IT Support Specialist (Entry / Junior Level) at VV GESTÃO CONTÁBIL will provide day-to-day technical support to team members in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and related peripherals. The role also involves monitoring system performance, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, and maintaining explicit documentation of incidents and resolutions. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent communication with internal users, adherence to security and data protection guidelines, and contribution to continuous improvement of IT processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting.




- Foundational knowledge of Information Technology concepts and common business IT environments.
- Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining Desktop Computers and operating systems.
- Experience or aptitude in basic Printer Support, including setup, connectivity, and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset for assisting non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail in documenting issues, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Preferred: Completed or ongoing studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic network concepts.
