? We’re Hiring: IT Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Officer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are interested in technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and IT infrastructure.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to employees and end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, software, and access permissions.
- Monitor IT systems and respond to technical issues and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, application, and operating system problems.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, requests, and resolutions.
- Assist with software installation, updates, patching, and system maintenance.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and other business applications.
- Assist with basic network, server, and security-related tasks.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and technical procedures.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,



or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
