About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will be responsible for delivering effective, reliable, and customer-focused IT supporting internal and external stakeholders. The role involves responding to technical issues, application support, troubleshooting hardware and software faults, and ensuring the ongoing functionality of Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to support emails and phone calls.
- Provide application support and user guidance.
- Record detailed ticketing information with appropriate prioritisation and clarity.




- Diagnose and resolve faults and configuration issues for desktops and end-user devices.
- Assist with basic software troubleshooting and bug investigation.
- Provide end-user support in both onsite and remote capacities.
- Participate in rotation of out-of-hours mobile support.

Experience

- Ability to manage and maintain good relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- The ability to take ownership of an issue through to resolution.
- The ability to work within tight time frames.
- The ability to work and contribute within a team and work within a rostered rotation for both office support and out of hours mobile support.
