We currently have an exciting opportunity for anJnr Client Service Executiveto join our ABC Bullion team based in Brisbane QLD.

About the role:

- Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing of precious metals.
- Provide exceptional customer service with all clients in store or on the phone
- Client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services.
- Updating accounts and complete compliance on the sales process.
- Attend to stock take of the showroom and cash room, actively helping in the provision of stock on hand delivery of goods.




- Reporting to management and providing information on the sales process, customer needs and marketability of these goods and services.
- Managing incoming email enquiries and providing support to the client.
- General support to team members.
- Other duties as directed by the State Manager.

About you:

- Customer service orientated
- A positive 'can do' attitude, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven success in servicing customers and listening to their needs
- Highly organised with exceptional communication
