Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Junior Business Analyst / Graduate Business Analyst. In this entry-level position, the analyst will support the review and documentation of business processes, gather and clarify business requirements, and assist in translating creative and operational needs into actionable plans.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data and workflows, preparing reports and process maps, and supporting internal stakeholders with clear, structured information. The role also involves participating in meetings, capturing requirements from different teams, and collaborating with project leads to help improve efficiency and decision-making across the studio.

- Relevant academic background in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online project management platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and take initiative on assigned tasks.
- Interest in the creative, content, or animation industry and willingness to learn studio operations and project workflows.
