What You’ll Be Doing:

- Be the go to for your landlords and tenants
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage a neat and tidy portfolio
- Property management end to end with out of office assistance
- Processing lease renewals and tenancy documentation
- Managing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors
- Delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 12 months' experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Qualified presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
