Junior Product Manager - Commercial & Industrial

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Junior Product Manager who wants to move beyond traditional marketing coordination and get hands-on experience across product, market research, campaigns, customer marketing and strategy.

Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing marketing plans to life and helping shape how the business responds to customer and market needs.

What you'll be doing

No two days will be exactly the same. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Support the development, launch, review and lifecycle management of products.

- Research markets, customers and competitors to identify insights and opportunities.

- Help develop and execute advertising, promotions and marketing campaigns.

- Analyse campaign performance and turn results into recommendations.

- Support channel marketing plans and ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities.

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical and other teams to deliver initiatives.

- Help develop customer-focused marketing activity.

- Prepare presentations, reports and marketing materials.

- Communicate marketing plans and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.





- Work within relevant Australian Consumer Law requirements.

What we're looking for

Most importantly, you'll have:

- A tertiary qualification with a Marketing discipline - this is essential.

- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Junior Product Manager or similar role.

- A genuine interest in product marketing, customer insights and commercial strategy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- Confidence working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite and Canva.

- A curious, proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions, learn and contribute.
