The Role:: As a Junior Property Management Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Head of Leasing and Property Management team, assisting with the day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, professional and eager to learn, with entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing condition reports
- Reporting any problems or issues to the Property Manager
- Hosting open homes
- Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants
- Providing general support to the Property Management team
That's right – no portfolio, no chasing arrears and no endless paperwork. You'll be focused on the field-based side of property management while being fully supported by an experienced team.
The Candidate:
- Previous real estate experience is advantageous; however entry-level candidates will be considered
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional and polished presentation
- Confident and friendly communication style
- Highly organised and reliable
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management
- Comfortable working Saturdays
