The Venues.

The Marina Mindarie, is home to multiple venues including The Boat, Indian Ocean Brewing Company, Lifeboat, & current venues opening soon. We are seeking kitchen hands to hit the ground running in a very busy workplace. We love what we do and want you to share the same enthusiasm!

Reporting to the Head & Sous Chef, you will work back of house in multiple areas, performing washing of all crockery, cutler, pots and pans; perform basic food preparation such as portioning; maintain strict adherence to all health and safety requirements and ensure the smooth running of service, among other roles.

About you.





You will have sense of urgency that encompasses attention to detail and be able to work a variety of shifts. You will work well in a team environment and also be able to work autonomously.

- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised when required.
