HR Advisor - Business Integration & Process Improvement

Up to $120,000 + Super

We're recruiting an experienced HR Advisor on behalf of a growing South Australian business. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role will focus on helping bring together HR processes, policies and systems across different businesses within the group. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys reviewing how things are done, identifying improvements, and helping teams work more consistently.

The Role Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll support a range of projects focused on business integration, process improvement and HR compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting HR integration projects across multiple businesses.
- Reviewing HR policies, processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Conducting audits and due diligence activities.
- Helping develop consistent HR policies, procedures and ways of working.
- Supporting change and improvement projects.




- Working with managers to implement new processes and practices.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and company requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in HR, ideally with exposure to business integration, mergers, acquisitions or organisational change.
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting reviews, audits or due diligence activities.
- Experience improving processes and implementing new ways of working.
- The ability to build relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant HR or business qualifications.
