About the role

Belladom Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Maddington, WA. This is a full-time position designed for someone eager to develop their career in service management within the trades and services sector. You will work under the guidance of experienced managers whilst building your expertise in operations, customer service, team coordination and business management. This role offers an excellent foundation for progression into senior management positions within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence

- Support the coordination of service schedules, technician assignments and resource allocation

- Contribute to maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting systems

- Help monitor service quality standards and identify areas for continuous improvement

- Assist in customer communication, handling enquiries and managing expectations

- Support the training and mentoring of junior team members under supervision

- Help maintain compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements

- Contribute to problem-solving and incident management when required

- Assist in the development of operational procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

- Experience in the Caravan Industry

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

- Customer service experience and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Eclipse software

- A proactive and eager attitude to learning and professional development





- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Reliability, integrity and a willingness to take on responsibility

- Valid driving licence
