What role will you play?

In this role you will design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions for eDiscovery and surveillance teams within the Risk Management Group. You will work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to shape solution architecture, validate design decisions and guide delivery. You will also help define technology strategy, roadmaps and data architecture patterns that support enterprise-wide objectives.

What you offer

- 5+ years’ of experience owning end-to-end solution architecture, from strategy and roadmap development through to design, implementation and delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business goals and regulatory requirements into practical technology solutions, architecture designs and delivery roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of architecture principles, standards, governance and best practices, with experience defining and applying them across teams.
- Ability to balance long-term architectural direction with short-term delivery priorities, making pragmatic decisions that support both business outcomes and technical sustainability.
- Extensive hands‑on engineering experience, ideally as a Lead or Principal Engineer,



with the ability to contribute to technical design, lead proofs of concept and pilots, and support delivery.
- Sound knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience designing secure, scalable and resilient solutions using integration patterns such as APIs and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience designing integration architectures using APIs, event‑driven patterns and distributed systems approaches.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting rigorous technology and vendor evaluations, including technical, security, operational, and commercial due diligence.
- Experience designing AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI and multi‑agent systems, within established risk frameworks would be highly regarded.
- Experience operating in regulated environments, with a good understanding of risk, compliance, governance and security requirements.
- Understanding of regulatory obligations and control frameworks, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated industries, would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence architecture decisions and gain alignment across technical, business, and executive audiences.
