Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, manage workflows, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
- Hands-on execution and oversight of retaining wall construction
- Hands-on execution and oversight of decking and fencing
- Hands-on execution and oversight of concreting, tiling, and paving
- Hands-on execution and oversight of pool builds and other high-end outdoor features
- Foster a positive, professional, and productive team environment on-site
- Maintain strict attention to detail and uphold company safety and presentation standards
About you
- Extensive hands-on experience in high-end structural landscaping and external construction
- Strong problem-solving abilities, self-initiative, and a can-do, positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transport
- Current White Card
- Ownership of basic everyday trade tools
- Competitive pay $45 - $55/hr, negotiated based on your level of experience
