We're looking for an energetic, organised, highly qualified and genuinely personable manager for our Mount Gravatt tuition centre — someone who enjoys teaching, connects easily with kids and parents and wants to help grow a thriving local business.

About the Role

This is a full-time, hands‑on role combining teaching and centre management. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, including:

- Delivering engaging tuition sessions and leading our team of tutors
- Building strong relationships with parents, from first enquiry through to reporting on student progress
- Running student assessments, planning student lessons and managing enrolments
- Driving the growth of the centre alongside the owners

Hours are generally 11:30am to 7:30pm weekdays — perfect if you're not a morning person. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from both the owners and the franchise network, and the package includes a base salary plus performance incentives.

About You

Teaching experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and capability matter more. You'll bring:

- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- The organisation to juggle multiple priorities and stay composed
- The initiative to help grow and lead a great business

Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, as we serve many Mandarin‑speaking families in the Mount Gravatt community.

The successful applicant will need to hold or obtain a Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
