Village is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our friendly housing team. This full-time role reports directly to the Construction Manager. You will lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, trades and subcontractors for multi-million-dollar townhouse and civil projects.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, trades and subcontractors for multi-million-dollar townhouse and civil projects
- Ensure daily operations align with project plans, program, and Construction Manager direction
- Provide practical construction input throughout the design and pre-construction phases of townhouse developments including buildability, staging, methodology and value engineering reviews
- Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to Foremen and site teams
- Develop and manage the construction program, ensuring progress aligns with time, cost and quality benchmarks
- Drive sequencing, scheduling, site set‑out and defect‑free delivery across projects
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of labour, materials and plant
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, NCC requirements and company standards




- Coordinate civil contractors, authorities and infrastructure works
- Promote and maintain a superior safety culture

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Senior Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience managing townhouse developments and associated civil works
- Experience coordinating multiple work fronts, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Experience supervising and mentoring site teams
- Building Licence preferred
- Trade Qualification preferred
- Building/Construction Degree, Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies, NCC requirements and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication and trade coordination skills
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and site safety requirements
