This is a highly collaborative role where you will build trusted partnerships with key healthcare professionals, understand the needs of your accounts and identify opportunities to ensure the right patients receive the right therapeutic support at the right time.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing strong, collaborative relationships with Rheumatologists and other relevant healthcare professionals
- Understanding the patient journey, treatment landscape and unmet needs within your territory
- Developing and executing tailored territory and account plans based on stakeholder needs
- Identifying key influencers and opportunities within the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Using clinical and therapeutic knowledge to provide meaningful value to HCPs
- Working collaboratively with Medical, Commercial and other cross-functional partners
- Driving both patient-focused and commercial outcomes through impactful stakeholder engagement
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in specialist pharmaceutical sales, account management, experience in Rheumatology, Immunology or other specialty areas will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the healthcare workplace and ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong strategic planning and commercial acumen
- The ability to translate clinical and therapeutic knowledge into meaningful conversations with HCPs
- A collaborative, self-starting approach with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

You will build meaningful partnerships with HCPs, understand the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem and use your clinical, strategic and commercial skills to help create better outcomes for patients.
