HOBAN Recruitment is expanding its team at a leading Eagle Farm facility to support increasing operational demand. We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and mechanically minded Labourers to join the team in a hands-on role. This is a Monday to Friday position with the potential for long-term ongoing employment for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations. This position involves disassembling train components, regreasing and reassembling parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch. Shifts – Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 2:30pm, Friday: 6:00am to 12:00pm

Key responsibilities include:

- Disassemble train components using hand and power tools for maintenance and servicing
- Regrease and reassemble components to specification
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg





What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a similar labouring, process work, manufacturing, or production role is highly regarded
- Mechanically minded with the ability to follow processes and instructions
- Previous experience using hand and power tools
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
