Mightylagg Group is a leading industrial services provider specialising in mechanical insulation, cladding, scaffolding and asbestos removal across power stations and heavy industry.

We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Laggers / Insulation Installers to join our growing team.

About the Role

This role involves installing industrial insulation systems and metal cladding on pipes, vessels, tanks and equipment across major industrial sites.

You will work closely with sheet metal workers, scaffolders and supervisors to deliver high quality insulation solutions safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install thermal and acoustic insulation systems
- Measure, cut and fit insulation materials




- Install metal cladding and lagging systems
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Follow WHS procedures and site requirements

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience as an Industrial Lagger / Insulation Installer
- Construction White Card
- Strong knowledge of protected work practices
- Ability to work in industrial environments
- Reliable and safety focused

Highly Regarded

- Power station or heavy industry experience
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Experience installing aluminium or stainless cladding
