Jaycee's Landscaping is seeking an experienced and qualified Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team.

Jaycee’s Landscaping is Perth’s premier commercial landscaping company, providing a full and comprehensive range of services, primarily to the commercial industry, including landscape construction and maintenance, reticulation, tree pruning and chipping, garden kerbing, bobcat work, lawn mowing, excavation work, large-scale coring, large-scale virti mowing, large-scale ruff & 4wd mowing, sweeping, granule & liquid feed fertilisation, turf refurb, and installation of water bores.

We’re looking for someone with a background in horticulture and landscape maintenance, who has the experience and confidence to lead a small team and deliver a high standard of work for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading a small team carrying out landscape maintenance, including weed control, hedging, lawn mowing, pruning, fertilising, litter clean up, sweeping, and replacement planting
- Assisting with landscaping and outdoor improvement projects
- Reticulation installation, repair and maintenance
- Spraying and plant care
- Using a wide variety of machinery, tools, and equipment
- Supporting the team to deliver high-quality results for our clients

What we’re looking for (Mandatory):

- Certificate IV in Horticulture or 5+ years’ experience in landscape operations and maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in use of mowing and power tools
- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a team, including providing instruction in correct and work practices, and instruction on use of machinery and tools
- Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling of work
- Demonstrated experience in delivering a high standard of work with pride
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)




- Current Australian driver’s license and reliable transport
- A strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

Desirable Licenses/Tickets (not essential):

- Qualifications in Horticulture and/or Turf Management
- Pest Management/Spray License
- Irrigation & Reticulation
- Traffic Management, Chemical Applications and First Aid
- Current truck licence (MR or HR)

What we offer: This is a permanent full-time position for an IMMEDIATE start, offering a salary of between $90,000 and $115,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience, and a range of other benefits including:
