We have multiple full-time positions available for:

- Leading Hands (Experienced)
- Technicians / Labourers (Entry-Level or Developing. Additional training can be provided)

? Key Responsibilities





- Landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, hedging)
- Garden upgrades and soft landscaping works
- Weed, pest and disease control
- General site presentation and upkeep
- For Leading Hands: supervising small teams and liaising with clients

- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Positive attitude and team-focused
- Takes pride in quality workmanship

? Additional Requirements

Leading Hands:

- 1–2+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture
- Experience in soft landscaping and garden upgrades
- Knowledge of plant health, pests and diseases
- Strong communication and leadership skills
