You'll join a highly respected team recognised for acting on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure, energy and construction disputes across Australia and internationally.

The Role

Working across high-value construction and infrastructure disputes, you'll become involved in every stage of the disputes process, including:

- Pre-dispute strategy and risk management
- International arbitration
- Adjudications and expert determinations
- Large-scale commercial litigation
- Major transport, energy and renewable infrastructure projects

The work has a solid international focus, with clients including global contractors, developers, engineering consultants and multinational organisations. Recent matters have involved major rail, tunnelling, renewable energy, mining,



power generation and infrastructure projects throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

About You To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- 2-4 years' PAE focusing on Construction & Infrastructure Disputes
- Well developed drafting and analytical skills
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team
