Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Winston Glades Early Education Centre (EEC).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week

Location: Flinders View

Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super

Assistant Educator

Provide high-quality care and education for children while supporting the room leader and contributing to a collaborative, engaging workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work under the guidance of Lead Educators

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
- Current Blue Card
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for outdoor, nature-based education
