This role is suited to an experienced educator confident leading pastoral care, curriculum and administration within a phase of a high performing, values-driven school workplace.

About the Role:

Leading and coordinating wellbeing, pastoral care and learning across your Middle Primary.

Developing systems and protocols around student behaviour, attendance and uniform standards

Supporting the implementation of teaching, learning and assessment practices aligned with the Australian Curriculum and coordinating year level functions, camps, excursions and student activities

Maintaining accurate academic and pastoral student records, reviewing them to identify patterns and support needs

Collaborating with the Junior School Leadership Team to foster a culture of collegiality and continuous improvement

Teaching a class within the Junior School alongside coordination duties

About You:





An experienced Junior School educator with strong pastoral care leadership skills

Confident working within the Australian Curriculum A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills across students, staff and families

Organised, collaborative, and committed to contributing positively to school culture

Passionate about fostering a dynamic, future-focused learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualification

Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
