We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our client's team, managing demand and delivery across a portfolio of enterprise applications. This is your opportunity to shape how a growing team operates and balances demand across BAU and project delivery.

About this position

As the Lead Technical Delivery, you will manage demand and workload across BAU operations, continuous improvement and project delivery, prioritising competing needs, engaging technical teams and influencing business stakeholders to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time.

Key responsibilities

- Prioritise the enterprise applications portfolio backlog spanning BAU, continuous improvement and project work.
- Partner with business stakeholders and line managers to understand demand and shape priorities across the enterprise applications portfolio.




- Liaise with technical teams to plan capacity and balance operational and project workloads.
- Support major program delivery alongside day-to-day BAU responsibilities for enterprise applications.
- Build and embed repeatable processes and ways of working across the team.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing team setting.
- Lift team capability and maturity through stronger planning, prioritisation and delivery practices.

About you

- Strong technology delivery, comfortable operating across both BAU and project environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with an understanding of technology operations.
- Proven experience managing competing priorities and backlogs.
- Demonstrated experience bringing teams together, improving ways of working and building capability.
- Enjoys creating clarity, structure and momentum in an environment that is still evolving.
