At Exclusive Earthworks, we are looking to onboard a Leading Hand for projects in and around Sydney.

To be considered for this job:

- MUST have minimum 5-year's experience in groundwork set out, formwork, concrete and industrial holding down bolt placement

- Ability to read drawings/plans and specs

- Ability to prove that you have recent Leading Hand/Supervisor experience (minimum 5 year's experience)

- Must hold a White Card and other trade licences

- Familiarity with WHS policies and procedures,

- Must have own vehicle to travel to and from project sites

- Australian permanent residency/citizenship (no working /sponsor visas)

- Demonstrated loyalty, hardworking character and autonomous

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Reporting to the company Director/Site Supervisor

- Provide site management direction including project management and administrative support

- Be hands-on to ensure the project progress follows company expectations and ensure we are on schedule with our Head Contractor





- Assist in maintaining and following company procedures

- Maintain site daily records (including ITP's and SWMS)

- Overseeing project safety processes from start to finish ensuring all WHS obligations are met
