AAGM is looking for an experienced and reliable gardener to join our growing business servicing Canberra and Queanbeyan.

We are specifically looking for someone who can take responsibility for running scheduled jobs and managing the day to day workload when the business owner is unavailable.

The role will include

Lawn mowing and edging

Hedge trimming and pruning

Weeding

Garden clean ups

Green waste removal

General garden maintenance

Following job schedules and client instructions

Working independently

Managing jobs from start to finish

Communicating professionally with clients when required

Taking job photos and reporting any issues

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid gardening or grounds maintenance experience

Can confidently work without supervision





Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work

Can manage a full day of scheduled jobs efficiently

Has valuable judgement and can solve basic problems on site

Is comfortable taking responsibility when the owner is away

Has a current driver licence

Can safely operate common gardening equipment

This is a casual position with regular ongoing work available. There is potential for increased responsibility and a senior role for the right person.

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
