They are experts in high-end structural landscaping, seamlessly blending hard and soft landscaping to deliver breathtaking outdoor transformations. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, they are expanding and looking for an experienced Landscaper - Leading Hand to join their elite team. What's On Offer:

- Full-time stability: Permanent position with holiday pay, sick pay & super

- Hourly rate: $35 - $40/hr super
- No weekend work

About the Role

As their new Leading Hand, you'll take charge of some of Brisbane’s most exciting residential landscaping projects. Helping lead a passionate crew,



you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from site prep to the final handover -ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way. What You’ll Do

- Help lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site
- Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls
- Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and irrigation
- Interpret and implement landscape plans
- Communicate with clients, Foreman and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery

What You'll BringYou will have proven experience in the delivery of residential landscape projects along with:

- Experience in structural landscaping and willingness to get your Cert III in Landscape Construction
- Current Driver's Licence
- Competent with tools, machinery and a variety of landscape construction methods
