The Catholic Archdiocese of Perth is the Metropolitan See for Western Australia, encompassing an area of nearly half a million square kilometres and led by the Most Rev Timothy Costelloe SDB, Archbishop of Perth. Established in 1845, the Archdiocese of Perth is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese of the Catholic Church in Australia spanning from Jurien Bay in the north to Port Kennedy in the south and across to the border of South Australia in the east. With some 103 parishes and 25 agencies, offices and organisations, the Archdiocese provides services and support in the areas of disability, social, youth, formation and family, employing more than 150 people.

The Position:

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, the Learning Innovation Manager will have the technical ability to develop scorm-compliant e-learning modules to support the design and delivery of learning programs, the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), as well as the coordination of learning activities across the Archdiocese for specific audiences.

You will be a key provider of expertise and guidance to ensure that learning initiatives align with organisational priorities, compliance requirements, as well as the Archdiocese’ Catholic values.

About You:

This is an important role that will engage across the organisation. It is suited to a proactive and creative person with:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications.




- Proven experience in SCORM-compliant eLearning development and LMS administration (preferably Moodle).
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
