THE ROLE

As the dedicated Leasing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Property Management team to ensure properties are leased efficiently, professionally and with a premium level of service.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing all leasing activity across the rent roll
- Responding to property enquiries via phone and email
- Conducting home opens and private viewings
- Meeting, qualifying and building rapport with prospective tenants
- Processing tenancy applications
- Conducting new tenant handovers
- Maintaining strong communication with landlords and the Property Management team
- Ensuring properties are leased quickly while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Representing the brand with professionalism at every touchpoint

THE WORKING WEEK This is a permanent, full-time position working:

4 weekdays + Saturday





Saturday hours will vary from week to week depending on the number of home opens booked giving you a little more flexibility while still being rewarded for your results.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a confident and polished property professional who genuinely enjoys the leasing process.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Leasing, Assistant Property Management or Property Management - experience is essential
- Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points
- Exceptional presentation, communication and people skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- The confidence to work autonomously while being a strong team player
- Strong computer skills PropertyTree experience highly regarded
- Current Australian driver’s licence
