About the role As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of units within occupational therapy at undergraduate and graduate levels, and contribute to the Institutes research, course and administrative functions.
- undertake teaching and assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate students;
- develop, teach, lead and moderate units;
- undertake research activities; and
- supervise students undertaking project units and honours courses.
About you You will work as part of the Institute's team of academic and administrative staff. You will possess proven educational, research and professional experience and seek to embed long and short-term research strategies for the Institute within the strategic framework of the University and in accordance with its mission.
You will hold a qualification in an allied health discipline (occupational therapy or physiotherapy).
You will possess
- commitment to scholarship and a potential for academic advancement;
- demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching, and a good teaching record;
- previous experience in academic administration; and
- evidence of research expertise.
