Your new role

Supporting the migration of business banking customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accounts, documentation and settlement activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with banking operations, settlements, fulfilment, lending administration or asset finance experience who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include

- Processing customer and settlement documentation
- Account opening, account closure and fulfilment activities
- Reviewing and validating banking documentation
- Maintaining customer records across multiple systems
- Managing exceptions and escalating risks




- Supporting successful customer migration outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in the following:
- Banking or lending operations, including settlements, fulfilment or credit support in equipment or asset finance or business or commercial banking.
- Knowledge and application of compliance and legislative requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Sound risk awareness and adaptable to change
- High level of verbal and numerical comprehension with strong computer literacy
- The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, process driven environment
