Murrindindi Shire Council is seeking two casual Library and Customer Services officer to join the team. About This Opportunity We have Band 4 casual positions, providing relief in Library and Customer Services (including call centre) across Murrindindi Shire Council. The successful applicants will be experienced in the delivery of exceptional customer service.

They will also have good communication skills, be a positive and flexible team player, and experienced with using computers and various software packages. Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in and delivering customer service .

What You Will Bring By joining our team, you will bring the following:

- Excellent customer service skills and experience, and proven experience in working positively and collaboratively as part of an effective customer-facing team (experience in customer or library services or in local government would be highly regarded)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to deal professionally and efficiently with customers.
- Well-developed communication skills including ability to present to small groups.
- Proven ability to think and act quickly and exercise good judgment and ability to perform well under pressure during busy periods.
- Sound administrative skills, including experience across a range of software and IT systems,



including Microsoft Office Suite, cash handling skills and experience
