The Licensed Real Estate

Agent will manage residential real estate transactions from prospecting and listing to negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through contracts and legal requirements. The agent will communicate regularly with buyers and sellers, provide timely updates, and collaborate with the Coastal Noosa team to ensure a seamless, client-centered experience.

Qualifications





- Active Real Estate License with PI/PL insurances.
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales is preferred, including listing, marketing, and negotiating property transactions. Current licensed agents selling in other areas that have a proven track record of listing and sales are strongly encouraged to enquire.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms.
- Local market knowledge or willingness to learn regional trends and regulations relevant to Coastal Noosa’s clients.
- Ethical, honest, and compliant approach to all aspects of real estate practice.
- Full administration support via phone and email provided for all aspects including marketing creation, AML/CML complicance, professional awarded industry leading software provided which automates form 6 and contract submissions, VPA collection and receipting,uploading properties to the main portals.
