The Role

You’ll be working in large-scale FIFO camp kitchens , delivering quality meals to hundreds of workers daily.

Your duties will include:

- Preparing breakfast, crib, lunch, and dinner in high volumes

- Buffet-style service for large crews

- Catering for dietary, medical, and cultural requirements

- Maintaining strict HACCP & food safety standards

- Keeping kitchens clean, compliant, and audit-ready

- Working across day, night, and split shifts





- Collaborating with a professional camp team or working independently

What You MUST Have (No Exceptions)

To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

- Minimum 1 year FIFO Chef experience in Australia

- Currently living in Western Australia

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Proven bulk catering / high-volume experience

- Strong HACCP knowledge

- Current WA Driver’s Licence

- National Police Clearance (within 4 months)

- White Card

- Full Australian working rights

- Reliable, adaptable, and ready for FIFO life

- Available for casual swings (including short notice)

Overseas Qualified Chefs

If you hold overseas qualifications, we can assist with Australian trade recognition .
